The Oil & Gas Waste Collaborative brings together leaders, advocates, and concerned residents to address waste issues across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and the broader Appalachian region. This virtual meeting provides a space to share timely updates and coordinate regional efforts.

Hosted by Protect PT, the agenda adapts to ensure all members can contribute meaningful updates about their local situations.

🗓 8/26 — August Lunch & Learn: Preview of “Inversion” Documentary

Join us for a special 20-minute preview of “Inversion: The Unfinished Business of Pittsburgh’s Air” with director Mark Dixon. This powerful documentary chronicles the community’s fight for clean air following a catastrophic fire at U.S. Steel’s Clairton Coke Works.

Mark will share insights about the project’s motivations, tactics, and lessons learned, with time for discussion about environmental advocacy in our current political climate.
